My fuel snack aka Acai Bowl. Great for pre, post-workout or any time of the day. Kids love it!!!
- 1 pack Sambazon frozen sorbet (get it from Costco or Whole Foods),
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1 cup of strawberries or blueberries,
- 1/8 cup of almond milk.
- Blend until soft. Top with whatever makes you happy (nuts, seeds, etc).
