Acai Bowl

My fuel snack aka Acai Bowl. Great for pre, post-workout or any time of the day. Kids love it!!!


  • 1 pack Sambazon frozen sorbet (get it from Costco or Whole Foods),
  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup of strawberries or blueberries,
  • 1/8 cup of almond milk.
  • Blend until soft. Top with whatever makes you happy (nuts, seeds, etc).

Dr. Hashmi graduated from the University of California, San Diego Medical School. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at UCLA-Olive View Medical Center followed by a fellowship in Nephrology at the University of California, Los Angeles.
