Super Matcha Green Tea Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups of spinach
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tsp matcha green tea
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 Tbsp almond milk (add a little more if it’s too thick)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)

Blend until smooth. Place the mixture into a bowl and top with the strawberry, pineapple, banana, chia seeds and flaked coconut. Enjoy!
