The videos, written pages, guides, and images on this site belong to SELF Principle or Sean Hashmi, MD unless credited otherwise. You are welcome to share links, quote briefly with credit, and use our free guides for your own personal or family use. Please do not republish our content as your own, sell it, or use it to train a commercial product without written permission.
Your submissions
If you send us a message, suggest a topic, or submit a scholarship application, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Do not send us confidential medical records or another person's private health information.
Donations
Donations to SELF Principle are voluntary gifts to a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and are generally tax-deductible in the United States. We are not able to give tax advice; consult your own advisor. Donations are used to further the nonprofit's educational mission and the Sports Scholarship. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us and we will try to help.
Scholarship
The Sports Scholarship has its own eligibility rules and deadlines, published on the Scholarship page. Submitting an application does not guarantee an award. Decisions are made by a volunteer review committee and are final.
Links to other sites
We link to studies, guidelines, YouTube, Spotify, and other outside sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
No warranties and limits on liability
We work hard to be accurate and to cite our sources, but we provide this site as is, without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, SELF Principle and Sean Hashmi, MD are not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of this site or from decisions made based on its content.
