SELFPrinciple.org was created as a labor of love—a tribute to the family members we've lost and the countless patients whose lives have been transformed through evidence-based health education. My sister's passing and my family's health struggles drove me into medicine, and this nonprofit represents my commitment to ensuring that life-saving health information remains free and accessible to everyone.
Everything on SELFPrinciple.org is free. There are no ads or corporate sponsorships. To remain free of conflicts of interest, as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization we ask users to make tax-deductible donations to support the public service we provide.
